*** I must ask you to READ CAREFULLY all the following information. Please check my ABOUT US tab above so you are totally informed about my rings.
* Stainless Steel rings CANNOT be resized. I must have a "recently verified" ring size to process your order. No surprises or taking a ring that "supposedly fits" for a surprise. Each ring takes 4-6 hours to make. I must have a ring size that is down to the nearest quarter size.
* Over 80% of my rings come out right on the money. These being handmade, it is impossible to be "right on" every time. The others 20% come out a quarter small or a quarter large. NO, YOU CANNOT REQUEST IT TO BE ONE OF THE TWO. The ring comes out and if it is within a quarter size I will pass it in final inspection. Most sites accept only half and whole sizes. I want you to have the BEST FIT possible. (Remember to account for cold weather shrinking your fingers and warm weather making them swell. Medications are prone to swelling fingers as well. I cannot resize stainless so you need to be as close as you can be.
* Timeframe: 4-6 weeks to receive your ring after it has been paid. Often they get to you sooner, but if I must reject it in final inspection your ring is started from scratch and that is when it goes beyond the 4 weeks. Trust me, you want me to reject rings that do not meet my standards.
* No two rings are "exactly" the same, NOR are they perfect. Hand made rings are cut, lathed, drilled and ground down and polished with many steps. Perfection is not an option. You can also find me on eBay using JEMS MASONIC RINGS, but my whole collection is here.
* Lastly, if your credit card is not going through, then it is likely you are entering something incorrect. I cannot fix that. You need to contact your cc company or bank if the transaction does not go through. This "SECURE" wehsite has been a great succeess, but I do have a few Brethren that have called asking me to process their card. The reason I do not process cards any longer is due to numerous errors in information needed to process them, so you need to be cautious on your entry.
* GOLD FIRING is an annealing "heat treat" process that turns stainless steel to a honey gold color. This lasts as long as you take care of it. Please see my FAQ page at: www.jemsbyjem.com/faq.htm for further infomation.
